Offers and delivery
An offer is a promise, a way to pay, and a plan for delivery, all in one. Make sure the three agree before you put it on your Page.
Create an offer
Section titled “Create an offer”Open Offers or add one from the Page editor. Start from a template that matches your work, then edit every field:
- title, type, and a price or an amount the supporter chooses
- a short description of what the supporter gets
- how it is delivered, by whom, how often and when
- limits on how many you take, what happens if you are late, and your cancellation and refund terms
- optional picture, link, add-ons, phrases Loresta should recognize in questions, and a goal for the conversation
Loresta never guesses a price from a link or promises a result that is not in the offer.
What you can offer
Section titled “What you can offer”Choose how supporters can help: tips, a tip menu, monthly support with no perks, a membership, a download or private content, a limited sale, paid questions, custom requests and commissions, a goal, a wishlist, or a 1:1 or group session. Brands can send an inquiry through your Page question box when you switch it on in the Page editor. Those always wait for you, and Loresta never quotes a price for them.
Commissions and custom requests
Section titled “Commissions and custom requests”Buyers answer your question privately (up to 500 characters) before they pay. You can price optional add-ons, and the exact total shows before payment. Set how many open requests you take at once. When you are full, supporters can ask to hear once a spot opens. Move each request through stages you name, such as Sketching, Lining, Coloring and Final touches. Buyers see the stage and their place in line and get an email when a stage changes. You send the finished work by link. Afterward they can rate it and say whether you may show it in your portfolio.
Pick a delivery mode
Section titled “Pick a delivery mode”Manual delivery puts paid orders in your delivery list. Use it for personal work or any promise that needs your judgment.
Automatic delivery gives a secure download or Page benefit right after Loresta confirms payment. Check the final link and try the access yourself before publishing. Pausing automatic delivery stops new deliveries without changing your Page.
Memberships
Section titled “Memberships”Explain the perks, where members get them, the price, renewal, cancellation, and what happens when access ends. A successful charge and active access are related but not the same: refunds, disputes, cancellations and failed renewals can end access.
Wishes and goals
Section titled “Wishes and goals”A wish names an item or project and can have a funding target. Progress counts only confirmed contributions. Keep the description factual, and say what happens if the target is not reached.
Promise review
Section titled “Promise review”Before an offer goes live, review the promise and your capacity. If you later change timing, limits, delivery, cancellation, refunds, support or the perks, review it again. Loresta’s workload estimate comes from your numbers; it does not predict demand.
When an offer is live
Section titled “When an offer is live”An offer is live when its setup is finished, it is on your published Page, and payment or the link works. A saved offer can still need a Page spot or payout setup. Follow the next step the offer shows instead of treating “saved” as “live”.
If a delivery date changes, review the suggested note before you approve it. Loresta prepares it; it cannot send itself.
Answers about offers
Section titled “Answers about offers”An offer can include phrases Loresta should recognize and a goal such as answering a question, sharing a link, asking one question, or handing the chat to you. These guide your saved replies. They never let Loresta change an offer or send something you have not approved.
