Responsible creator tools are part of the product

Last updated August 25, 2026

Loresta is a service operated by Michael Ngo, a sole proprietor. In these terms, “Loresta,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Michael Ngo doing business as Loresta.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and own or be authorized to operate every connected account and creator storefront. You remain responsible for profile information, approved links, offers, gifts, fulfillment, replies, and platform compliance.

Prohibited use and content

Do not use Loresta for unsolicited bulk messages, harassment, deception, unlawful material, exploitation, impersonation, evading platform controls, or goods and services prohibited by Loresta or its payment providers. Stripe-connected Pages are limited to safe-for-work creator benefits and tips tied to content already provided. Adult or sexually explicit content or services, adult live chat, personal or peer-to-peer transfers, charitable donations, misleading offers, and in-person sexual or dating services are prohibited. We may remove an offer, pause checkout, reverse approval, or suspend a storefront when required for safety, compliance, payment-provider rules, elevated disputes, or fraud risk.

Assist and automation

You choose whether Loresta waits, drafts, sends approved routine replies, or operates in a disclosed autonomous mode. You must configure and review facts, tone, destinations, and boundaries. Loresta may block, pause, or hand off actions that are personal, sensitive, unsupported, ambiguous, or outside an approved policy. You must not use Assist to falsely claim that the creator personally typed an automated message or to conceal an assistant notice when the selected mode requires one.

Storefronts, review, and fulfillment

Creators are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful fulfillment, supporter communication, taxes, refunds, and disputes. Every Stripe-connected storefront is subject to Stripe verification and Loresta commerce review before checkout is activated, and approval may be revisited after material catalog changes. Creator Page payments are processed as direct charges on the creator’s connected Stripe account. The creator remains the provider and settlement merchant for the described creator benefit. Stripe may require additional identity, business, tax, and bank information at any time.

Tax and regional launch status

Creator Page launch is limited to the regions and currencies shown in the applicable Loresta configuration and checkout. The current code-level launch boundary is United States creators and USD support items. Creators remain responsible for determining where they must register, keeping their connected Stripe Tax registrations accurate, filing returns, and remitting amounts not handled by an enabled Stripe filing service. When creator checkout is active, Loresta asks Stripe to calculate and collect applicable transaction tax from the supporter using the creator’s connected-account tax settings. Stripe collects only for locations the creator has registered. Loresta does not represent that a creator’s tax obligations are satisfied, and these terms are not legal or tax advice.

Tips, refunds, and disputes

A creator tip must relate to content or a service already provided and is not a donation or personal money transfer. Supporters should contact support@loresta.co with the receipt information when a benefit is not delivered, a charge is duplicated, or a refund is requested. Loresta aims to acknowledge a complete request within 2 business days. Refund eligibility and creator review timing depend on the described benefit, fulfillment, applicable law, and payment-provider rules. After an approved refund is submitted to Stripe, it usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on the supporter’s bank. Approved refunds are deducted from the creator’s connected Stripe balance, and Loresta returns the proportional Page fee. Stripe may retain original processing fees. Disputed amounts and chargeback fees are deducted from the creator’s connected balance; for Express accounts, Loresta can remain ultimately responsible if that balance cannot cover the loss. Loresta may pause checkout or payouts and request evidence needed to resolve elevated fraud or dispute risk.

Receipts, payouts, and reporting

Stripe and Loresta may provide payment confirmations or receipts for Creator Page transactions. Stripe controls payment processing, connected-account payouts, and provider statements. Creators remain responsible for their own invoices, books, tax returns, reporting, and records, including records needed for refunds or disputes. Loresta records operational transaction references, refund and dispute status, and creator-facing summaries but does not replace a creator’s accounting or tax adviser.

Your data

You keep ownership of profile material and messages you provide. You grant Loresta the limited permission needed to host your page, process supporter activity, and prepare or send replies through features you approve. Optional voice learning uses creator-authored sent replies and does not store raw history as training material.

Billing and fees

Paid workspace plans renew according to the terms shown at purchase. Creator transactions include the Loresta Page fee shown in the creator dashboard. Stripe separately deducts its actual payment-processing fees from the creator’s connected balance, and optional payout, currency-conversion, tax, or other provider fees may apply. Additional-reply billing is optional and starts only after the workspace owner enables it. You may cancel future workspace renewal through the billing portal. Charges already earned are not automatically refundable except where required by law.

Service changes and suspension

We may change or discontinue unsupported features, and we may pause access needed to protect users, connected platforms, payment providers, or the service. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted provider APIs, checkout availability, payouts, or message delivery.
